Regarding folding Nippon Paper Cranes
I am really sorry to hear the news that Nippon Paper Cranes has announced that it will fold the team after this season. I would like to thank them that have continued to lead Japan and Asia ice hockey past 69 years.
We, Asia League Ice Hockey keep working all together (Japan, Korea and Russia) to develop, expand and create more attractive ice hockey league in Asia market.
We will lose one Japanese team. However, to get more new teams and expand our league, we will continue doing our best in the future, and ensure the success and growth of the field of players.
